1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FreshLimePay Cloud platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Overview of the Service

FreshLimePay Cloud provides a hosted SaaS platform that enables makers, developers, and small businesses to accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Merchants create an account on our platform and securely connect their PayPal or Stripe account using their API credentials, which we store encrypted to facilitate integration. FreshLimePay Cloud does not hold, process, or transfer customer funds; all payments occur directly through the merchant’s connected account.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed directly through each merchant’s connected PayPal or Stripe account. FreshLimePay Cloud acts solely as a management interface and connection layer for the respective APIs. Merchants remain fully responsible for their account setup, compliance with PayPal and Stripe policies, and any applicable local regulations.

4. Subscription Fees

Merchants pay a recurring subscription fee to use FreshLimePay Cloud. Fees cover hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. FreshLimePay Cloud does not charge per-transaction fees; all processing fees are applied by PayPal or Stripe.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid PayPal or Stripe account in good standing.
• Provide accurate API credentials for integration (Client ID and Secret for PayPal; API keys for Stripe).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, taxes, and regulations.
• Protect account credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with PayPal and Stripe Acceptable Use Policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

FreshLimePay Cloud provides the SaaS platform “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from PayPal or Stripe transactions, account issues, or service interruptions. We do not hold funds or act as a payment processor.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Merchants may not use FreshLimePay Cloud for illegal activities, money laundering, gambling, or any prohibited activity under PayPal or Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policies.
• Merchants may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute FreshLimePay Cloud without written permission.
• Any activity designed to misrepresent transaction data or bypass compliance is strictly prohibited.

FreshLimePay Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for merchants engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

FreshLimePay Cloud may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms, or PayPal or Stripe policies. Termination does not affect transactions already completed, which remain under the merchant’s control.

9. Modifications

FreshLimePay Cloud may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
