We take the security of your payment credentials seriously. FreshLimePay Cloud uses industry-standard security practices to help protect your information.
Your payment credentials are protected
Sensitive payment credentials stored by FreshLimePay Cloud are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and are transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS.
Encryption
Sensitive payment credentials, including PayPal and Stripe secret credentials, are protected with AES-256 encryption when stored by FreshLimePay Cloud.
This helps protect sensitive credentials in the event that unauthorized parties gain access to the underlying stored data.
Secure Transmission
Information exchanged between your browser and FreshLimePay Cloud is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. This helps prevent unauthorized parties from intercepting information while it is being transmitted.
Access Control
Access to sensitive payment credentials is restricted to authorized application components and processes that require the credentials to provide the requested payment functionality.
We aim to limit access to sensitive information to what is necessary for the operation of the service.
Handling of Payment Credentials
- Sensitive secret credentials are protected when stored.
- Credentials should not be shared through URLs or other publicly accessible locations.
- Secret credentials should not be exposed unnecessarily in application interfaces.
- Access to credentials is limited to the functionality that requires them.
PayPal & Stripe
FreshLimePay Cloud can connect to payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe using the credentials you provide. These credentials allow the application to communicate with the respective payment provider on your behalf.
Payment processing and handling of payment information may be subject to the security and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.
Data Retention
Payment credentials are retained only for as long as they are required to provide the configured payment functionality or as otherwise required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
When credentials are replaced or removed, they should no longer be used for future payment operations.

Security is an ongoing process. We work to maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and to identify and address security issues that could affect FreshLimePay Cloud.
